What we build
Interlocking concrete pavers, three ways. Every job starts with a dig and a compacted stone base.
Paver patios
Seating and dining patios, fire-pit pads and sitting walls.
PatiosBase sized for foot traffic and furniture
Edge restraint on every side
Pattern, borders and color chosen from samples
Paver driveways
Driveways, aprons and parking pads.
DrivewaysDeeper base for vehicle loads
Thicker pavers
Drainage and apron permits explained up front
Walks and steps
Front walks, side paths, steps and borders.

How a job runs
From the visit to the walk-through
Five steps, in the same order every time.
- 01
Step 1: Visit
Sapna or Tri measures, probes the soil and checks the slope and access.
- 02
Step 2: Written estimate
One scope with the base depth, the paver, the edges and the haul-off on it.
- 03
Step 3: Call 811, then dig
Public utilities are marked before the first shovel. We dig to the depth written in the estimate.
- 04
Step 4: Base, bed, lay
Stone in compacted lifts, a sand bed, the pavers, the edges, the joint sand.
- 05
Step 5: Walk-through
You and Tri walk the finished job together, and we fix what you find while the crew is still here.
When we build
The season is set by the ground, not the calendar
We build when the ground isn't frozen. In central Ohio that is usually spring through fall.
- Plan
Late winter
Visits and estimates. Book the date now and we order the pavers ahead of the dig.
- Dig
Spring
Digs start as the frost leaves the ground. Wet clay can slow a base, so we sequence yards by drainage.
- Build
Summer
The busiest stretch for patios. Early starts keep crews out of the afternoon heat.
- Finish
Fall
Driveways and walks before the first hard freeze. We cover an unfinished base and don't lay on frozen ground.
Questions
Four questions about a job
How soon can you start, and how long does a job take?
Your estimate gives a start window and a finish window. A patio is usually a matter of working days once the base is in. A driveway takes longer, and the dig and the base are most of it. Frozen ground stops us more than rain does.
What happens at the estimate visit?
Sapna or Tri walks the yard, measures, probes the soil, checks the slope and the machine access, and talks through pattern and color with samples in hand. It takes about an hour. They tell you when the written estimate will arrive before they leave.
What if it rains, snows or freezes?
Rain delays the dig and the sand, not the whole job, and we'll tell you when a day moves. We don't lay pavers on frozen ground or on a wet, soft base. In a hard freeze the job waits, and the base is covered, not left open.
Do I need a permit?
Work in the public right-of-way, such as a driveway apron, and some walls and steps need one in most Columbus-area cities. We tell you at the visit whether your job does and who applies. The permit fee is not in the estimate unless the estimate says it is.
