What we collect

When you use the form or text us, we collect your name, phone number, the address of the yard, what you want built and any photos you send. If you email or call, we note the same.

How we use it

We use it to call you, measure the yard, write your estimate and schedule the work. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.

Who sees it

Our estimator, crew leader and owner. We share an address with the utility locating service when we call 811, and with the city when a permit is needed.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to do the job and to honor the warranty, and as long as the law requires us to keep business records. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, except what the law makes us keep.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we have, correct it or delete it. Call (614) 555-0100 or write to hello@truonghardscape.com.
